ServiceNow is a cloud‑based platform used by organizations to manage IT services and automate business workflows. It helps teams handle incidents, service requests, and changes efficiently through a single system. Apprentices will gain hands‑on exposure to enterprise IT service management tools
About the Role
It is a Development apprenticeship for Pearson’s service now team which will allow you to gain experience in ITSM and other major modules of Service now; Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices, administration and development
Key Responsibilities
Engage in development activities across areas such as CMDB/Configuration Management, Automated Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, Hardware and Software Asset Management, platform configuration, and related domains.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time apprenticeship from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to support meetings with global teams in different time zones.
