About the Role

Are you looking to develop your career in sales operations and customer support? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Apprentice to join our India Higher Education Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales administration, customer support, CRM management, and business operations while working alongside experienced sales professionals.

As a Sales Support Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales activities, maintaining accurate customer and sales data, and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of sales opportunities through OneCRM, including lead creation, lead conversion, and opportunity updates.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and sales data to support effective sales operations.
• Assist customers and internal sales teams with account statement requests and related queries.
• Support administrative and operational activities across the India Higher Education Sales team.
• Monitor and update sales records to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Help identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines and service levels.
