Whereyou’llbeworking:
As Apprentice Sales Executive(Level 4) in our Commercial Team you willbeworking in the South EastNorth East(dependent onsuccessful applicantslocation)andstudying for yourSales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 through a reputable trainingprovider.
As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities:
Deliver the Solutions selling strategy,growthand lead generation within your defined area.
Deliver solutions to specifiers andcontractorsneeds, to ensure as order bank of sales that can be delivered through our distribution partners.
Work closely with the Technical Solutions team who will provide technical support and solution design help secure specifications with focus on decarbonization.
Identifyopportunities forutilizingexisting brands for further acquisition and company growth into new sectors within the HVAC sector.
Fully embracing the vision and values of the company.
Organised, pro-active approach to managing sales activity for the company.
Deliver the budget and build the project pipeline.
Meet and exceed all KPI’s outlined by yourManager
Manage day-to-day activities,reportsand communications.
Forecast demand andidentifytrends – by having close relationships with key customers and decision makers.
Working on multiple projects atdifferent stages, at the same time.
Providing detailed consultations with Design engineers and Contractors.
Negotiating and managing the needs and expectations of our customers aiming to influence the buying decision.
Whatwe’relooking for:
There’sa new opportunity within ourCommercialTechnical Solutions team, working in eitherthe SouthEastNorth EastArea(dependent on successfulcandidateslocation)
You’llbe reporting directly to the Head of Commercial ProductSales, you’llplay an integral part maximising market share and sales through relationships with specifiers & Key contractors in offering solutions to the market in line with customer requirements. You will need to enhance the customer experience and provide a competitive advantage within Commercial HVAC market for Baxi.
Essential
Keen interest /studied/ experience in Mechanical engineering / building service/ architecture
Creative problem-solving& solution focused
Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.
Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action.
Excellent all-round communicator,possessingstrong electronic,writtenand oral communication abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Able to multitask under pressure
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Resilience and prioritisation
