What you will be responsible for:
Support Marketing Managers in the coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives and project milestones.
Assist in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining marketing campaign performance reports to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Extract and consolidate campaign performance data from marketing and analytics platforms such as Tableau and Sprinklr. Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, analyze results and trends, and provide actionable insights and key takeaways to support data-driven marketing decisions and campaign optimization.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to finalize updates to website content to provide our audience with the latest information about our products, strategies, market insights, and investor education.
Contribute to the development of high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling content across digital channels.
Manage the end-to-end production process of content on the website, ensuring alignment with regulations, our brand style, and requirements set by internal stakeholders.
Gain an understanding of the key processes and best practices that support a high-performing marketing organization within the asset management and financial services industry.
Develop proficiency in industry-standard marketing platforms and tools used for campaign management, automation, reporting, and content delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and deliver exceptional results.
What we value:
Bachelors/Master’s degree, preferably with a major in marketing or communications.
Good verbal and written communication.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital channels, and content creation.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset with an interest in working with data, reports, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Eagerness to learn new technologies, marketing platforms, and industry best practices.
