Job Title

Apprentice - Productionincumbent to this role will under Training on the Production function at API Ennore site

• Planning and ensuring raw material availability for daily production as per production plan.
• Operation and cleaning of process equipment’s Viz. Reactor, centrifuge, Tray drier, Vacuum Tray drier/ Roto cone vacuum drier/ Agitated Nutsche filter cum drier/ Distillation column/ filters, miller & sifter operations etc., utility equipment’s viz. vacuum pump, Ejectors, scrubbers etc. allocated.
• Adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good documentation practice) and EHS requirements.
• Monitoring & controlling the process parameters as per BMR without any deviation.
• Execution of production plan and meeting the production targets.
• Effective utilization of men, utility, equipment, raw materials, and power.
• Issue and Control of Intermediates.
• Maintaining Good Housekeeping in workplace and shopfloor.
• Online Documentation viz. batch manufacturing record, cleaning record etc without any data integrity.
• Trouble shooting of process equipment’s, utility systems and process.
• Initiating work order and safety permits as per procedure.
• Generating new ideas and initiatives
• Involving Yield improvement, time cycle reduction, capacity enhancement initiatives.
• Making the plant for the audit readiness.
• Ensuring the safety of self, operating personnel, workmen and machine associated and knowledge on static electricity and its control.
• Coordination with the supporting departments for smooth running of production.
• Participation in training program and effective communication process.
• Reporting of near miss, unsafe act and unsafe condition.
• Handling of Hazardous operation and chemicals in safe manner.
• Proper communication and spot relieving during shift change over in the shop floor.
• Sampling and submission of in-process samples and receiving the results from QC/ ARD.

Qualification:

• Fresher candidates
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc in Chemistry candidate are preferred.
