Role and Responsibilities:

As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a work-study pipeworker to join our workshop.

Under the supervision of the workshop manager and alongside experienced pipeworkers and welders, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of welded mechanical assemblies and pipework systems for the industrial and food processing sectors.

This work-study programme will enable you to develop your technical skills through hands-on experience, whilst contributing to tangible projects within a professional and passionate team.

Your responsibilities

  • Fabricate welded assemblies and stainless steel piping for the industrial and food processing sectors.
  • Assist with assembly and installation operations in the workshop.
  • Carry out TIG welding on piping.
  • Work in collaboration with the pipe fitter and welder teams.

Profile:

Education

Piping training: Compagnons du Devoir

Previous experience in TIG welding of stainless steel piping would be an advantage.

Technical skills :

  • Basic knowledge of industrial piping.
  • Knowledge of TIG welding, ideally on stainless steel.

Personal qualities :

  • Commitment and a serious approach to work.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • An interest in manual work and teamwork.
