  • Qualification: Certificate III Engineering – Fabrication Trade

4 Metal Fabrication Apprenticeships - OPEN NOW TO APPLICATIONS

Do you have a keen, genuine interest in the welding and metal fabrication trade?? Bowhill Engineering have four Metal Fabrication Apprenticeships on offer within their established Apprenticeship program. Specialising in heavy structural steel projects, Bowhill Engineering offer a positive learning environment with established routines, systems, processes and procedures to ensure training is structured and supportive. Through our long term, continued Apprenticeship program, we have seen a wonderful support network develop committed to the success of our Apprentices. Our environment focuses on being non-competitive and supportive, providing mentoring that flows from each stage of our apprentice group.

We provide a forum where Apprentices can speak courageously in a group or individual setting with a support person who will back them or speak for them on any challenges they have. Our amazing group of current tradespeople and professionals have embraced the Apprenticeship program and are unified in building our next talent, seeing the success that our program brings in meeting project requirements, workforce growth and sustaining a work/life balance we can all enjoy!

The Apprenticeship program includes:

  • Paid Employment and Trade Training for the duration of the Apprenticeship
  • 4 Year Training Contract with long term retention in mind
  • Training TAFE SA Murray Bridge
  • Full time Training Contract - School based may be considered to start

Minimum Requirements:

  • Year 10 completion (Year 11 preferential).
  • Work Experience requirement may form part of shortlisting
  • Reliable transport
