Job Description

The Marketing & Recruitment department at INSEAD drives global outreach to attract top talent for the school's programs. It develops strategic marketing initiatives and recruitment efforts to engage prospective students and strengthen INSEAD’s brand presence worldwide.

INSEAD is seeking Apprentice Marketing to join our Product Marketing team within the Marketing & Recruitment department. This is an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.

About the Job

The purpose of the apprentice position is to support marketing needs on a variety of projects and tasks ranging from new program launches, social media, brochures, website management, design, flyers, PowerPoints, videos, photos, data and reporting.

Your role within the team

  • Coordinate administrative support across various projects (events, programmes, photoshoots, video shoots, etc.
  • Draft social media posts, design accompanying visuals, schedule content, and monitor the editorial calendar.
  • Update programme pages, create templates for articles and interviews, and publish content on the website.
  • Support the creation of editorial and brand-related content such as interviews, videos, articles, and testimonials.
  • Develop key marketing collaterals, including flyers, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support benchmarking efforts.
  • Leverage AI and assess AI tools that would bring efficiency to the work.

The ideal candidate profile

  • Ideally, enrolled in a work-study program while pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Skilled in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign performance.
  • Experienced in crafting compelling content for various platforms, including articles, blogs, newsletters, and branded storytelling.
  • Adept at using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually engaging assets such as flyers, brochures, and social media graphics.
  • Capable of planning, shooting, and editing video and photo content for promotional and editorial use would be a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Proficient in writing clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for web, print, and social media.
  • Experienced in managing social media accounts, content calendars, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • AI savvy
  • Bilingual or native English speaker
