Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operator Apprentice to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production lines, contributing to the overall quality and productivity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Assist in setup and changeover of production equipment as needed
• Record production data accurately and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

-Able to work Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
• Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
