What You’ll Do

• Install & Repair: Work with seamless gutters, specialty systems, and gutter guards.
  
  
• Customer Service: Act as a professional face of the company, interacting comfortably with homeowners.
  
  
• Work Outdoors: Tackle physical tasks in various weather conditions and seasons.
  
  
• Level Up: Actively engage in training to move through the pay scales quickly.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
  
  
• Positive Attitude: A "can-do" spirit is your most important tool.
  
  
• Communication: Ability to speak clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.
  
  
• Stamina: Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors; willingness to work overtime when needed.
  
  
• Experience: 2 years of construction experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
  
  

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive Base: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour to start.
