Job Description

Communications and change management

• Support the creation of engaging internal communications, including articles, presentations, newsletters, campaigns, and leadership messages.
• Help translate complex information into clear, attractive, and audience-friendly content.
• Support communication and change management plans for global Customer Experience and Supply Chain initiatives.
• Contribute to global engagement campaigns, events, and community activities.
• Maintain and update internal communication channels, including SharePoint and other digital platforms.
• Help monitor communication performance and gather feedback to continuously improve our content and channels.

Learning and capability development

• Collaborate with the Global Learning team to support the implementation of learning content, programs, and capability-building initiatives.
• Help coordinate training sessions, learning campaigns, invitations, materials, participation, and follow-up activities.
• Support the digitalization and automation of global learning programs and processes.
• Maintain learning content, resources, and participant information across internal platforms.
• Gather feedback and analyze participation data to identify opportunities to improve the learning experience.

Project and stakeholder support

• Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of global, cross-functional projects.
• Connect with regional and functional stakeholders to gather insights, content, and feedback.
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials, project updates, and progress reports.
• Help track timelines, actions, deliverables, and key project indicators.
• Bring fresh ideas and identify opportunities to improve how we communicate, collaborate, and learn.
