We’re chasing our next Apprentice
Fixed Plant Fitter & Turner to join us at Ravenswood Gold Mine.

You’ll learn how to
keep our fixed plant running safely and reliably while completing your trade
qualification in a supportive mining environment.

No experience? No
worries! If you’re keen to learn, can turn up on time, and don’t mind getting a
bit dirty, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

• Preventative
  maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing
  mechanical issues
• Helping
  with shutdowns and preventative maintenance
• Working
  safely with permits, isolations and procedures
• Completing
  inspections and maintenance paperwork

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Current
  C Class Driver’s Licence
• Minimum
  Year 10 completion or equivalent
• Basic
  computer skills

Desirable

• Forklift,
  Working at Heights or Confined Space tickets
• Previous
  mechanical, workshop or labouring experience
