Job Title

Apprentice - EngineeringSupport the Engineering department in documentation, record management, and compliance activities related to process and utility equipment, while learning cGMP and quality standards.

• Follow cGMP guidelines and plant safety rules in all documentation activities.
• Assist in preparation, updating, and control of engineering documents such as SOPs, formats, and logs.
• Maintain records related to equipment maintenance, calibration, and validation activities.
• Support documentation for equipment qualification and re-qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of engineering documents (both physical and digital).
• Assist in preparation and review of preventive maintenance and breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and update required documentation.
• Support audit readiness by organizing and maintaining documents as per compliance requirements.
• Assist in raising and tracking purchase requisitions (PR) documentation.
• Maintain records of vendor activities, including calibration and service reports.
• Ensure all documents are updated as per latest revisions and controlled as per SOPs.
• Support data entry and maintenance in online/document management systems.
• Ensure good housekeeping of records, files, and documentation areas.
