Curious how electrical systems power entire production lines? As an Electrical Apprentice at our Wulkuraka, QLD manufacturing site, you’ll learn hands‑on how to install, test and maintain the equipment that keeps our sites running.

Our Apprenticeship Program is a four-year, full-time opportunity designed to kick‑start your career and place you at the heart of the team behind your favourite beverages.

Successful candidates will commence their apprenticeship early the following year and work towards a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and complete all RTO requirements contributing to earning your qualification
• Collaborate with the maintenance team
• Assist in problem-solving and the execution of assigned work
• Investigate and escalate equipment or machine related issues to the appropriate specialist or manager
• Studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations, and machine settings
• Analyse how the plant works and the control systems in place
• Work on electrical plant and control systems under supervision
• Participate in risk assessments to contribute to ongoing improvements in machine and process safety
• Ensure compliance with job specifications, maintaining a high standard of quality in all work performed
• Follow and apply all safe working procedures and practices consistently

• A strong commitment to safety, with the confidence to speak up about safety concerns and opportunities for improvement.
• A positive, can-do attitude, combined with resilience, adaptability and a willingness to ask for help when needed.
• A genuine desire to learn, including being open to feedback, learning from others and continuously developing new skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships based on trust, respect and collaboration.
• Curiosity and problem-solving capability, with an interest in understanding how things work and finding better ways of doing things.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
• A respectful and inclusive mindset, treating others fairly and contributing positively to team culture.
• Prior studies in a technical discipline, or hobbies relevant to aptitude in electrical systems
