Context

As part of the digital transformation of Transportation activities, the Global Transportation team is strengthening its capabilities on key digital projects currently underway, including:

• the deployment of a Transport Management System (TMS),
• the operation and continuous improvement of the WAKEO real-time transportation visibility platform,
• the monitoring of transportation performance through KPIs and Power BI dashboards

The apprentice will provide direct support to these projects, working closely with Business, IS&T teams, and external partners.
The Transportation Methods and Tools team is partially based in Romania, offering a truly international and cross-cultural working environment.

Main Responsibilities

Within the Transportation Methods and Tools team, you will contribute to the following activities:

• Digital Projects – TMS (Transport Management System)
• Participate in the deployment of the TMS across the different transportation organizations
• Support partner onboarding activities (3PLs, CFS, carriers)
• Prepare project deliverables (meeting materials, summaries, action tracking)
• Contribute to the definition and monitoring of transportation performance indicators embedded in the TM

Tool Management - Wakeo Transportation Visibility Plateform Monitoring & Data Quality

• Support the monitoring of transport data quality (completeness, reliability, data availability lead time)
• Contribute to the follow-up of tool adoption by sites and regions
• Support the analysis of transportation performance (lead time, OTD, tracking coverage)
• Act as an interface between internal teams and the WAKEO partner for functional and analytics enhancement needs

KPIs & Reporting – Power BI

• Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards
• Participate in the definition, documentation, and reliability of transportation KPIs
• Support the automation of reporting and the improvement of data quality
• Assist in leveraging performance indicators for operational steering and decision-making

Profile

• Education

Student in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Data, Digital, or equivalent.

Technical Skills

• Strong interest in digital projects and data
• Knowledge of or strong interest in reporting tools, particularly Power BI
• Good command of Excel and the Office 365 environment
• Awareness of transportation and logistics processes is a plus

• Rigor, strong organizational skills, and autonomy
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize information
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a transversal and international environment
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
