Job Description

Your challenges

  • ⁠Maintain, update, and cleanse CRM database records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct routine data audits, identify duplicates, and perform data deduplication.

  • Standardize data formats, naming conventions, and field structures.

  • Monitor data integrity and resolve inconsistencies. Import and export data using CRM tools (CSV/XLS imports, API connectors, etc.).

  • ⁠Capture incoming leads from various channels (web forms, events, social media, email campaigns, inbound calls, etc.).

  • Validate, classify, and score leads based on predefined qualification criteria.

  • Assign leads to appropriate sales team members in a timely manner.

  • Track lead source performance and maintain accurate attribution in CRM. Ensure all new leads are correctly tagged, segmented, and categorized.

  • ⁠Assist in configuring CRM fields, workflows, automation rules, and dashboards.

  • Monitor CRM usage and support teams with data entry best practices.

  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate with IT or CRM vendors for resolutions.

  • Generate regular reports on lead status, funnel metrics, and database health.

  • ⁠Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

  • Support marketing campaigns by preparing segmented contact lists.

  • Assist customer success teams with customer data insights when needed.

  • Provide training or guidance to staff on CRM data entry and quality standards.

  • ⁠Ensure all data processes comply with GDPR, data privacy laws, and company security protocols.

  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive customer information.

Your expertise

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM management, data administration, or sales operations.

  • ⁠Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

  • Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data handling.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross‑functional teams.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • ⁠Experience with lead scoring models or marketing automation platforms.

  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migration processes.

  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or Make.com.

  • Certifications in relevant CRM platforms (Salesforce Admin, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
