“I’ve always wanted to work with people with additional support needs, and this Modern Apprenticeship allowed me to do so. I love interacting with the service users and learning new things as part of my role. I am currently learning moving and handling and about medication.”
“I wanted to work with Fife Council because I’d heard it’s great to work for and because I value the security it offers. I’m training to administer medication and working towards my SVQ Level 2. My ambition is to pass the qualification I’m training for, and, after my apprenticeship, get a permanent post and progress within the organisation. I would recommend Fife Council as a workplace as everyone has been welcoming, more than helpful and always ready to help.”
