What’s the opportunity?
Our four-year Apprenticeship Program gives you the hands-on training and guidance from experienced tradespeople and a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation. As part of our program, you’ll receive necessary tools, TAFE accommodation and additional support if required.
The roster is 5/2/4/3 (Dayshift only)
You will be responsible for assisting qualified boilermakers and tradespeople with the fabrication, maintenance, repair and installation of fixed plant and mining equipment.

Does this sound like you?
You are mechanically minded and passionate about developing your skills in fabrication and maintenance. You have completed or are completing Year 12, and hold a current Driver’s Licence. You are eager to learn, work safely, and contribute to a team that values excellence and respect. You can communicate clearly, follow instructions well, and enjoy solving mechanical problems. Whether through school, hobbies, or personal projects, you’ve shown initiative and a strong work ethic. You must be ready to take on challenges, grow your skills, and build a rewarding career in mining with Evolution.
