POSITION SUMMARYAn apprentice is a fresh graduate who will be provided training on specific functions. Under the supervision of a team leader, he/she is expected to be well-versed in concepts, understand the use of tools, and apply theoretical knowledge in practice. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES v Understand the basics of Accounts Payable and Travel Expenses Process.v Understand processes through training and detailed instructions.v Apply training knowledge through tools and techniques in processes.v Gain operational knowledge of systems and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.v Identify operational issues and notify seniors.v Process, verify, account for, and make payments for vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.v Perform account reconciliations and address vendor enquiries. Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 2025–2026 pass-out with a minimum 60% aggregate in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Administration, or Management.
