**DESCRIPTION**
The Apprentice role combines practical, on-the-job learning with structured training as part of a formal apprenticeship programme. The Apprentice supports day-to-day activities within the team while developing the skills, knowledge, and competencies required for the role.
The position provides a structured pathway towards a recognised qualification or certification, in line with applicable local apprenticeship and training requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
· Supports the team with day-to-day tasks and administrative or operational activities
· Learns and applies company processes, systems, and ways of working
· Completes assigned tasks under supervision, ensuring quality and accuracy
· Participates in training programs, workshops, and learning activities
· Seeks guidance and feedback to improve performance and develop skills
· Maintains accurate records and documentation where required
· Follows company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements
· Contributes positively to team collaboration and a supportive working environment
· Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and personal development
· Works towards achieving defined learning and competence goals as part of the apprenticeship programme
· Documents own learning and progress in accordance with apprenticeship requirements
· Receives guidance and feedback from assigned mentor or supervisor

Experience and qualification
· Participates in a formal apprenticeship or structured vocational training programme leading to a recognised qualification or certification
· Relevant education or equivalent, as required by the applicable apprenticeship or training programme
· Interest in gaining practical work experience and developing relevant skills
· Basic IT skills are an advantage
· Good written and verbal communication skills
