About the Program
The HEINEKEN Myanmar Apprentice Program offers a 12-month hands-on learning experience for young talents to build their careers in a dynamic environment. Apprentices will join a specific function and work on real business projects, gaining technical expertise and professional development under the guidance of experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Trade Marketing team in day-to-day operations and assigned projects
Participate in learning sessions and performance reviews throughout the program
Uphold HEINEKEN values and behaviors in all activities
Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student from a recognized university or vocational institute
Degree or diploma in a relevant field:
Sales: Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
Supply Chain: Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines
Corporate Affairs: Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to challenges
Good command of English and Myanmar language
