Job Description

The ESG Apprentice role provides foundational exposure to Environmental, Social, and Governance practices that help organizations measure, manage, and report sustainability performance. The role supports understanding how ESG data underpins regulatory disclosures, risk management, and stakeholder transparency. It also offers hands‑on learning in using data, AI‑enabled tools, and analytics to enhance sustainability insights and reporting quality.
  1. Support the ESG controls function by assisting in data collection, validation, and organizing ESG data
  2. Help maintain documentation for controls, SOPs, and audit trails
  3. Support preparation of ESG metrics for internal and external reporting.
  4. Assist in research of new / upcoming regulations
  5. Leverage AI‑based tools to automate ESG data processes and enhance analytical insights.
  • Qualitifcations and Skills

    • Interest in sustainability, ESG principles, and non‑financial performance reporting
    • Graduation completed in a technology‑focused discipline (e.g., engineering, computer science, data, or related fields)
    • Comfortable working with data, technology, and emerging AI‑based tools, with a willingness to learn controls and regulatory concepts
    • Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to collaborate effectively across teams
