We are seeking a motivated 1st Year Apprentice in Automotive Manufacturing to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the bus, truck, and trailer manufacturing industry. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and training, contributing to the production of high-quality vehicles while learning from skilled professionals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of buses, trucks, and trailers under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Learn and apply safety protocols and best practices in the manufacturing environment.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge related to automotive manufacturing.
• Support the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Year 10 or equivalent education.
• A genuine interest in automotive manufacturing and a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience in a related field is advantageous but not essential.
