Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) apprenti(e) pour une durée de 2 ans

La mission :

L’apprenti(e) aura principalement en charge les missions suivantes :

  • Développement de nouveaux outils pour limiter la manipulation des données et automatiser les analyses récurrentes
  • Support sur le suivi des ventes, des coûts et de la facturation du portefeuille de projets
  • Suivi de l’évolution de la performance des projets incluant l’analyse des écarts entre les prévisions et le réalisé
  • Analyse du carnet de commandes
  • Aide à l’enregistrement des projets dans SAP, et dans la mise à jour des différentes versions de budget
  • Aide sur la clôture des projets : savoir exécuter les transactions de clôture, analyser les résultats et aider les contrôleurs de projets dans leurs tâches de clôture
  • Collaboration avec les chefs de projet et les équipes finances de l'entité afin d’améliorer la performance globale du département Services et donc de l’entité PC France

Compétences requises :

  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (dont Excel), la maîtrise de SAP est un plus,
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités,
  • Forte adaptabilité aux changements dans un environnement complexe,
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (à l’écrit et à l’oral)

We design, manufacture, and install advanced motor, converter, and control system technologies that help improve efficiency and decarbonization across various industries, thereby accelerating the energy transition in marine, energy, and industrial applications.

We are currently looking for an apprentice for a 2-year apprenticeship program.

Mission

The apprentice will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Developing new tools to reduce data handling and automate recurring analyses
  • Supporting the monitoring of sales, costs, and invoicing for the project portfolio
  • Monitoring project performance evolution, including variance analysis between forecasts and actuals
  • Analyzing the order backlog
  • Assisting with project registration in SAP and updating different budget versions
  • Supporting project closing activities: executing closing transactions, analyzing results, and assisting project controllers with closing tasks
  • Collaborating with project managers and the finance teams of the entity to improve the overall performance of the Services department and therefore of PC France

Required Skills

  • Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and responsible
  • Strong adaptability to changes in a complex environment
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
