Mission principale

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Méthodes Usinage HGP, l'alternant(e) aura pour mission majeure la conception, la mise en place et le suivi du tableau de bord de pilotage de l'équipe. L'objectif est de transformer les données brutes en indicateurs décisionnels fiables pour optimiser la performance opérationnelle.

Activités et responsabilités

  • Audit de l'existant : Analyser les besoins des membres de l'équipe en matière de reporting et identifier les sources de données disponibles.
  • Construction des KPIs : Définir et créer des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) pertinents (productivité, qualité, délais, coûts, etc.).
  • Développement d'outils : Concevoir des tableaux de bord automatisés et ergonomiques (sous [Excel/Power BI/Tableau/Tableau de bord ERP]).
  • Collecte et Fiabilisation : Mettre en place des processus de remontée d'informations pour garantir la qualité et la fraîcheur des données.
  • Analyse et Reporting : Extraire et analyser les tendances mensuelles/hebdomadaires, puis présenter les résultats lors des réunions d'équipe.
  • Accompagnement : Former les collaborateurs à la lecture et à l'utilisation du nouveau tableau de bord.

  • Formation : Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou université (Bac+3 à Bac+5), spécialisation Data, Contrôle de gestion, Supply Chain ou Management.

  • Capacité à manipuler des bases de données.

Main Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the HGP Machining Methods Manager, the work-study student’s main responsibility will be to design, implement, and monitor the team’s performance management dashboard. The objective is to transform raw data into reliable decision-making indicators in order to optimize operational performance.

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Audit of the existing system: Analyze team members’ reporting needs and identify available data sources.
  • KPI Development: Define and create relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, quality, lead times, costs, etc.
  • Tool Development: Design automated and user-friendly dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP dashboards.
  • Data Collection and Reliability: Implement information-gathering processes to ensure data quality and up-to-date information.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Extract and analyze weekly and monthly trends, then present the results during team meetings.
  • Support and Training: Train employees on how to read and use the new dashboard.

4. Candidate Profile

Education: Student currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program (Bachelor’s to Master’s level), specializing in Data, Management Control, Supply Chain, or Management.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work with and manipulate databases.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with different departments.
