Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing customized staffing and administrative support for international companies, handling recruitment, HR, IT, and office facilities so clients can focus on core business, offering transparent pricing, dedicated teams, and flexible setups.
Research & Data Support Responsibilities
- Conduct research on local markets, neighborhoods, and surrounding areas to support property analysis
- Write simple summaries describing cities and neighborhoods
- Research and verify zoning rules and development guidelines using online sources and local planning offices when needed
- Review and summarize market reports (e.g., CoStar submarket reports)
- Gather property details such as taxes, ownership records, and other public information
- Create and maintain project setup sheets using Excel and Word
- Find, collect, and enter comparable property data (recent sales and listings)
- Organize supporting materials such as maps and property photos for comparable properties
- Reach out to listing brokers to request additional property information and marketing materials
- Assist in general research and administrative tasks as needed
Document Preparation & Administrative Support
- Collect required documents from clients and other stakeholders
- Set up Word and Excel templates for each assignment
- Input and organize data accurately in spreadsheets and documents
- Review draft reports for formatting consistency, grammar, and clarity
- Request and process invoices with the accounting team when needed
- Perform other related support tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources and solve problems independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry, research, and report preparation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and support research-related tasks.
- A resourceful and independent work style, with the ability to figure things out and adapt to new processes.
- A professional, collaborative, and positive personality that works well within a team environment.
- Comfortable communicating with brokers, government offices, and other external contacts when needed.
- Experience in real estate is not required; however, candidates with an interest in research, problem-solving, and learning about the industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- This role is best suited for someone who enjoys research-oriented work rather than sales or marketing-focused responsibilities.

- Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- During the training period, employees are required to work on-site.
