As an Appointment Setting Representative (ASR), you will be instrumental in connecting with customers who need our help, scheduling Protocol Review Appointments that pave the way for life-changing wellness journeys. Our proven systems, scripts, and training are designed to amplify your impact in health, ensuring you succeed while making a positive impact.
Conduct outbound calls to our customers, using our established scripts to confidently and clearly book Protocol Review Appointments that focus on health optimization.
Report to the ASR Director, join daily team standups to foster collaboration, and participate in regular one-on-one meetings with your manager for tailored guidance and development.
Measure success through key performance indicators: Appointments Set, Appointment Show Rate, and Appointment Outcome. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in these areas, leveraging your wellness passion to build authentic connections.
The role includes a base pay of $6 per hour, complemented by bonuses tied to closed appointments. Those who bring genuine enthusiasm and skill can earn substantial incentives, with resources provided to maximize your performance and rewards.
This fully remote position requires a high-speed, stable internet connection and technical proficiency, including familiarity with Salesforce and VOIP phone systems. Your prior remote work experience will ensure smooth integration into our virtual team.
You will channel your passion for health and wellness into meaningful interactions, earning competitive compensation while honing skills in a supportive setting. Our team comprises dedicated professionals from sales, customer service, and wellness backgrounds who are united by a shared commitment to health transformation.
Demonstrate a genuine passion for health and wellness, eager to discuss and promote it daily.
Have experience in remote work and can manage a virtual environment effectively.
Communicate confidently and clearly, comfortable adhering to scripts for consistent results.
Are proficient in technology, including CRMs and communication tools.
Maintain a high-speed, stable internet connection for uninterrupted performance.
Ideally possess experience in outbound calling or appointment setting, with training available for those whose passion aligns strongly with our mission.
The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST, comprising 40 hours per week of purposeful engagement.
