About the Role
You’ll support outbound outreach for stormwater maintenance and repair services across the eastern coast of the United States. Your primary focus is calling after cold email campaigns to confirm receipt, identify the right decision-maker, and book meetings for the sales team. You’ll be speaking with property management companies, homeowners associations, golf course communities, and superintendent-type contacts responsible for ponds, lakes, lagoons, and stormwater systems. Training will be provided, and you’ll work primarily inside Smartlead.ai (with lightweight CRM functionality).
