We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter & Lead Qualifier to support our sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, qualify them based on set criteria, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. This position is fully remote and focused on building a steady pipeline of qualified meetings.

Responsibilities;

  • Ask targeted qualifying questions to identify decision-makers and accurately assess prospect fit.

  • Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team with fully qualified leads.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations, activities, and appointments in the CRM.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to confirm meetings and reduce no-shows.

  • Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Requirements;

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in appointment setting, lead generation, outbound calling, or sales support roles.

  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling (250+ calls/day) while maintaining quality conversations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong CRM management and scheduling skills.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
