Outbound Outreach | CRM | Sales Development | U.S. Hours

About the Role

We’re hiring for our client, a growing U.S.-based company, seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to engage attorneys and law firms, qualify interest, and schedule high-quality discovery calls for the sales team.

This is a high-impact sales development role focused on:

  • Starting conversations with legal professionals
  • Building relationships with decision-makers
  • Handling objections confidently
  • Following up consistently over time
  • Turning outreach into booked meetings

What You’ll Own

Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement

  • Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms
  • Introduce services and initiate meaningful conversations
  • Ask targeted questions to:
    • Understand business needs
    • Qualify interest
  • Navigate gatekeepers and connect with decision-makers
  • Build rapport with professional, high-value prospects
  • Maintain consistent outreach activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Appointment Setting

  • Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
  • Ensure prospects are:
    • Properly informed
    • Prepared for meetings
  • Coordinate calendars and scheduling availability
  • Maintain clear communication regarding next steps and follow-ups

Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing

  • Execute structured follow-up sequences
  • Keep prospects engaged across longer sales cycles
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Continue outreach until:
    • A meeting is booked, or
    • A clear decision is reached
  • Maintain strong persistence without losing professionalism

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems such as:
    • HubSpot
    • Salesforce
  • Track:
    • Outreach activity
    • Lead status
    • Appointments booked
    • Follow-up progress
  • Ensure all communication and activity is fully documented
  • Maintain clean and organized pipeline data
