About the Role
As an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to real estate professionals across California, with expansion into other states over time. Your goal will be to start meaningful conversations, understand each prospect’s business needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The company will provide lead lists, scripts, training, and onboarding resources, so success will come from your consistency, confidence, and ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
