As a Business Development Representative, your mission is simple!!!

Identify, qualify, and book high-quality meetings for our BDMs to close.

You’ll operate in a modern sales environment using AI tools, high-quality datasets, and real-time insights to help you run better conversations and deliver stronger appointments.

This is not entry-level.

This is for proven outbound performers who understand qualification, control, and momentum.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Outbound prospecting into SMEs using AI-enhanced targeting & sequencing
  • Running confident, structured qualification conversations
  • Using AI call-assist to improve questioning, objection handling & call flow
  • Qualifying prospects across need, authority, budget, urgency, and intent
  • Securing committed meetings for our Business Development Managers
  • Maintaining strong activity, show rates, and appointment quality
  • Working with AI dashboards showing real-time performance data

  • Experience in outbound B2B sales / BDR / appointment setting is essential
  • Proven ability to book high-quality appointments that convert to revenue
  • Commercially sharp with strong questioning & discovery ability
  • Confident phone presence that earns trust quickly
  • Resilient, driven, and thrives in a structured outbound environment
  • Comfortable with AI tools, CRM automation (Dynamics), and call analytics
