Environment Control, a locally owned commercial cleaning company with over 40 years of success, is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys conversation, thrives on reaching goals, and wants a flexible part-time schedule with bonus potential.

✔ Starting pay of $16.00 per hour
✔ Appointment-setting bonuses on top of your hourly wage
✔ Flexible daytime schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
Your main mission? Start conversations and open doors.
You'll reach out to local businesses within our service area and introduce them to Environment Control's commercial cleaning services. Don't worry—we're not looking for a robotic telemarketer. We want someone who can have genuine conversations, build rapport, and make people feel comfortable.
Each day you'll:
  • Call local businesses and decision-makers
  • Build relationships through friendly, professional conversations
  • Learn about each business's cleaning needs and challenges
  • Share information about our services and how we help businesses maintain clean, healthy facilities
  • Schedule appointments for our Sales Managers
  • Track conversations and follow-up opportunities
  • Meet weekly appointment goals and earn bonus opportunities
