Responsibilities

  Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.

  Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

  Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

  Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

  Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.

  Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting.

  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  1-3 years of experience in an appointment-setting or similar role.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• 
  Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• 
  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• 
  Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• 
  Experience in the Communications industry is a plus.
