As a Non-Executive Member, you will play a vital role in upholding high standards of governance and transparency, supporting a positive organisational culture, and ensuring that the interests of patients and the public remain at the heart of decision-making.
Having a diverse Board enhances decision-making and helps create a more responsive and inclusive health system. We welcome applications from people from all walks of life who can bring different perspectives and experiences. In this round, we particularly welcome applications from individuals from Black and minority ethnic communities.
While each role requires specific expertise, all appointees will contribute fully to the work of the Board, including participation in its governance committees, the Fife Health & Social Care Partnership’s Integration Joint Board, and the Fife Health Charity. You will also engage with staff, patients and stakeholders across Fife to support continuous improvement and public confidence in the organisation.
