Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences

• Manage recalls and warranty coverage

• Respond to calls and emails professionally

• Coordinate with parts department

• Process payments accurately

• Follow up with guests for feedback

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in technology and software applications
