What Will You Do
You will lead research initiatives from problem formulation and hypothesis generation through experimentation, model development, and real-world validation. You will have significant ownership of your work, driving innovations from initial research exploration to measurable customer and business impact.
Your work will include:
- Exploring and prototyping advanced modeling approaches, including adapting recent research advances to large-scale real-world problems.
- Developing and evaluating ML models for image, text, and multimodal applications.
- Conducting rigorous experiments on large-scale datasets to validate research hypotheses and model improvements.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate research innovations into measurable customer impact.

Job Responsibilities
- Review academic and industry research, prototype promising ideas, and validate them through rigorous experimentation.
- Contribute to the research community through patents, technical publications, conference submissions, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Design and develop machine learning models for image, text, and multimodal applications.
- Drive applied research projects from problem formulation through evaluation and production adoption, in collaboration with engineering partners
- Analyze large-scale data, define evaluation methodologies, and iterate based on experimental findings.
- Participate in technical discussions, reviews, and knowledge sharing across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interest in applied machine learning research and real‑world ML systems
- Master’s degree (PHD preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in applied research, machine learning, or related data-driven domains.
- Solid foundations in machine learning & statistics
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders to translate research into impactful solutions.
- Strong programming experience in Python
- Good communication and collaboration skills
