We are looking for a passionate researcher to join the research department and help us develop breakthrough AI products and move the company towards becoming the next global AI Assistant for Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of enriching the company environment with innovation, collaboration, and outstanding performance.
• Contribute to model and data development, delivery, and code deployment to production.
• Engage actively with various teams to pinpoint business opportunities and tailor AI-driven solutions that align with customer demands.
• Collaborate with other teams to bring research to production.
• Work intimately with other teams to gather insights on user and business necessities and convert these into focused research goals.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or NLP Researcher.
• Experience in Machine Learning.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities, while effectively driving company-wide strategic efforts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on addressing complex technical issues, and a deep understanding of the elements that make products stand out.
• Naturally curious, consistently engaging in critical thinking and questioning conventional practices to understand underlying principles better.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for achieving objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage research development teams.
• Advantage - Worked in a startup and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Advantage - Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and tools.
