The Transformation Group is a dedicated team focused on delivering large-scale change initiatives across business units, addressing business, industry, and client requirements within the Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) organization. Our team brings together project management expertise and product experience, enabling a consistent, high-quality approach to managing and executing change across the Corporate & Investment Bank.
The Applied AI-ML for Payments group is responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions to enhance payment processes, automate manual tasks, and drive operational efficiency. The PMO manages the overall portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. We support operations champions, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders. The PMO defines and enforces a standard project execution lifecycle, ensures compliance with firmwide standards, and acts as the central control point for tracking and reporting progress to senior management.
