What You Will Do
- Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex problems in life sciences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability using Python and TypeScript.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to drive continuous improvement in AI applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with data analysis and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
