We’re looking for an open-minded, curious, and meticulous Applied AI Engineerwho loves turning ideas into working solutions. You’ll join a team that experiments fast, learns fast, and builds generative AI systems grounded in real data—with a strong focus on graph technology, vector search, and modern LLM engineering.
If you enjoy exploring what’s possible, designing smart experiments, and shipping useful capabilities with a team, you’ll fit right in.
Design and implement NLP and Generative AI solutions that solve real user problems
Build graph-based GenAI architectures (e.g., RAG + knowledge graphs / graph reasoning patterns)
Work hands-on with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation
Prototype quickly, then harden into reliable components and pipelines
Plan and run experiments: scoping, design, execution, and clear reporting of results
Collaborate closely with engineers and domain experts to turn ambiguous needs into solid solutions
Proven delivery of NLP solutions and/or applied language technologies in production or customer-facing work
Experience building generative AI solutions involving graph databases / graph technology
Strong understanding of vector databases, graph databases, and retrieval patterns
Excellent skills in LangChain, LangGraph, and adjacent ecosystem tools
Intermediate Python skills (and relevant ML/NLP libraries)
Solid foundation in machine learning
Experience with experimental scoping, design, planning, execution, and reporting
Domain adaptation / fine-tuning of open-weight language models
LLMOps experience (deployment, monitoring, evaluation, prompt/version management)
Test-driven / behavior-driven development practices
Working with Docker (Kubernetes administration and CI/CD pipeline setup are a plus)
