of our role
In this 24 month fixed-term role as the Applications Support Analyst - Business & Cloud Systems, you'll be a collaborative partner for our cloud application users. You’ll help keep our systems stable and reliable by responding to issues, monitoring performance, and guiding key application updates.
You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, improve processes, create helpful documentation, and deliver approachable training. You’ll also assist with cloud integrations using JavaScript and API tools.
We’re looking for someone who communicates openly, solves problems with care, and brings a customer‑centred mindset. Experience with Field Service Management platforms (like IFS, Salesforce Field Service, or ServiceNow) is a plus.
Travel to operational depots across the ACT and Victoria may be needed to support training, deployments, and onsite engagement.
