Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements to understand their specific needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and demonstrate solutions to support customer success.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain software applications using C++ and Restful APIs to showcase the capabilities of the Matrox development platforms.
  • Lead client training workshops and deliver technical presentations to educate and support OEMs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and visit OEM sites to gain firsthand insights into customer requirements.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional who meets the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working with networking, IT, and public cloud deployments.
  • Experience working with video broadcast technologies is required.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs is a significant advantage.
  • Programming experience in C and C++ for Windows and Linux environments.
