Seeking an energetic, results-driven Direct Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to acquire new customers and accelerate Oracle NetSuite's growth in the Philippines. The successful candidate is a self-starter and go-getter who excels at prospecting, developing executive relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding sales targets through disciplined pipeline generation and consultative selling.

• Drive net-new customer acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to build a strong pipeline.
• Prospect through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, and business decision-makers.
• Understand customer business challenges and position NetSuite's cloud ERP solutions to deliver measurable business value.
• Lead complex sales opportunities through discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Business Development Representatives, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Channel Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity management, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
