This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where you’ll prepare and submit critical application packages, track approvals, and ensure everything is accurate and on time. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and submit application packages (permits, utility, and HOA).
• Gather and organize required documentation for accurate submissions.
• Track application status and update internal systems.
• Review incoming documents and distribute to appropriate teams.
• Maintain organized records of applications, approvals, and documents.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve application issues.
• Support administrative tasks to keep workflows moving efficiently.
• Ensure all submissions meet required standards and timelines.

Equipment You’ll Use

• CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Adobe Acrobat for document management
• Internal tracking and reporting tools

A Typical Day

• Review application queue and prioritize submissions
• Compile and submit application packages
• Track approvals and follow up on pending items
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Update systems and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in administration, operations, or project coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
