The Applications Engineer, Stellar Energy is responsible for supporting the proposal, design, and execution phases of the business as required. Assigned projects could span multiple vertical markets, including Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Data Centers, Mission Critical, District Cooling, and Combined Heat and Power.
Specific functions include (but are not limited to): analyzing project-specific weather profiles, building thermal performance modes, predicting/estimating output, efficiency, environmental impact, carrying out sensitivity analysis, technical writing, specification reviews, and equipment/process calculations.
Anticipated up to 5% travel for this position. Some occasional local day travel may also be necessary. Occasional travel to customer job sites and conferences may be required.
