Job Description

• Provide technical support and technical proposal to customers during product evaluation, integration, and deployment.

• Design pneumatic and hydraulic control circuits; perform sizing and selection of key instrumentation (solenoid valves, positioners, FRL, etc.), and develop Instrument Loop schematics to ensure control logic meets project requirements.

• Design and verify the mechanical interface between the actuator and the valve, layout the piping/tubing for instrument lines to guarantee the reliability of the system.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, engaging in pre-sales technical discussions to propose optimal automation solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation including application notes, datasheets, and FAQs

• Support field sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements and product promotions.

• Collaborate with R&D, product, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations.

• Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and external clients and present technical proposals to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or product development, valve actuation product design.
  • Solid understanding of electronics, electric and automation control design, or software applications
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Solid Edge Solidworks, AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as Profibus, CAN, and Ethernet.
  • Solid knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic design
