& SCOPE
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software applications to meet the needs of our clients or business objectives. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing system architectures, and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet users’ needs and industry standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, users, and management, to understand their requirements and needs for software applications or systems.
• Design the architecture and technical specifications of software applications or systems based on the gathered requirements, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
• Write code and develop software applications or systems using programming languages, frameworks, and tools suitable for the project requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications or systems to identify and fix bugs, errors, or performance issues. This may involve unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system documentation, to facilitate the understanding and maintenance of software applications or systems.
• Deploy software applications or systems to production environments and ensure smooth integration with existing systems or infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for software applications or systems, including addressing user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and implementing updates or enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software development and application engineering.
• Ensure that software applications or systems meet the needs and expectations of end-users, clients, or customers, and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development and application engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
