AT&T has an opening for an Applications Developer to support the day-to-day IT systems for our customized network solution in support of the federal government.
This individual is a key member of the Applications Development team and is responsible for implementing the ServiceNow application to include, at a minimum, the ServiceNow IT Service Management suite and the platform. This individual works alongside supporting team members, partners/vendors, as well as Senior Leadership, to lead the design, development, testing, deployment, sustainment, and administering of the ServiceNow solution. They perform technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation including: ServiceNow solution architecture, install, application UI, process automation, external integrations, access control, security hardening, workflow design/configuration, reporting, upgrades, and patching. They also provide ServiceNow focused consultation and technical leadership. They support the Technical Exchange Meetings, contribute to user-facing documents, and are responsible for ServiceNow applications upkeep.
The job duties of the Applications Developer are as follows:
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience as a Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, a developer nanodegree, or equivalent work experience, is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must comply with DoD 8570 IAT, Level 2 (Security+).
- Must be US Citizen.

Our Applications Developer (Government) earns between $108,000 - $180,000 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
