
Job Description Summary:Fenwick is seeking an Applications Developer to join the Solutions & Automation team. This role is ideal for a curious early-career developer who wants hands-on exposure to enterprise applications, AI-enabled tools, cloud services, data platforms, and modern automation practices.
The Solutions & Automation team designs, builds, and supports technology solutions that improve efficiency, automate business processes, and enable innovation across the firm. This position offers broad exposure across the software development lifecycle, working alongside experienced engineers on real, production-facing systems while developing foundational skills in application development, automation, data, and cloud technologies.
Reporting to the Senior Solutions & Automation Manager, the ideal candidate will have 3 years + of related hands-on experience in a professional services environment. Exposure to cloud platforms and AI or automation tools is a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$115,000 - $172,750
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
